Does PrismSwift support unlimited students?
PrismSwift is built so your campus can grow with unlimited students — add classes, sections, and enrollments as you expand. Student capacity is managed in your school settings so you are not blocked by arbitrary feature paywalls.
Can parents track my child in school with PrismSwift?
Yes. Parents use a dedicated portal to track my child in school — view attendance, homework, notices, fee dues, and academic progress. It is designed for busy families who need clear updates from campus.
Does PrismSwift hold school fee money?
For manual UPI collection, parents pay your school directly. For optional Cashfree online fees, parents pay the fee due and PrismSwift settles to your configured UPI/bank after deducting Cashfree processing charges and a configured platform fee (so gateway costs are covered). Enabling Cashfree in payment settings accepts this settlement model — see Terms of Service.
How does multi-tenancy work?
Every school is a tenant with isolated data. Users, students, fees, and settings never leak across schools. PrismSwift Super Admins oversee the platform without mixing tenant records.
