No. Schools connect their own UPI ID, Razorpay keys, or Stripe Connect account. Payments settle directly to the school. PrismSwift is only the software platform.
How does multi-tenancy work?
Every school is a tenant with isolated data. Users, students, fees, and settings never leak across schools. PrismSwift Super Admins oversee the platform without mixing tenant records.
Can we try before buying?
Yes — every new school gets a 14-day trial with full features on the Starter plan.
Which roles are supported?
Super Admin, School Admin, Teacher, Fees Collection Staff, Student, and Parent — each with a dedicated portal and permissions.
