Terms of Service

By using PrismSwift School you agree to use the platform lawfully and to keep account credentials secure. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of student records and for complying with local education regulations.

PrismSwift provides school management software. For optional online school-fee collection via Cashfree, parents pay the fee amount due to the school. PrismSwift may settle that payment to the school's configured UPI or bank account after deducting (a) Cashfree payment processing charges and (b) a platform fee configured by PrismSwift. Example: if a parent pays ₹150, Cashfree commission is ₹5, and the platform fee is ₹10, the school receives ₹135. These deductions cover gateway costs so PrismSwift's expenditure on the payment rail can remain covered while operating the service. Enabling Cashfree fee collection in school settings constitutes acceptance of this settlement model. Manual UPI / offline fee collection remains available and is not subject to these deductions.

Paid platform subscriptions are subject to our Refund Policy. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. A free Starter plan and product demos are available so you can evaluate the service before purchasing.
